We do not charge for non-face-to-face time such as report-writing, session planning and communicating with other professionals

Rebates

Chronic Disease Management Plans

If you have been experiencing your symptoms 6 months or more, you can speak to your GP about a Chronic Disease Management Plan. This gives you a rebate of $61.80 per session for up to 5 sessions. You will be required to pay for the session in full and will be given an invoice to process the rebate in person at the Medicare centre or on the Medicare website or app. Medicare will then deposit the $61.80 directly in your bank account within 2 business days.

Private Health Insurance

We accept all private health insurance providers.

For face to face appointments, we can process HICAPS rebates immediately.

Home Care Packages

We accept all clients with Home Care Packages (HCP) who are experiencing musculoskeletal or mobility issues. Clients with HCP can be seen at at our Sunshine North Clinic.

NDIS

We are not registered NDIS providers; however, we accept all NDIS participants presenting with new musculoskeletal issues which include symptoms such as pain and/or stiffness.

NDIS participants can only be seen at our Sunshine North Clinic and will be required to pay for the session in full and seek reimbursement with NDIS after.

We do not offer physiotherapy for management of any neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions and do not offer gait aid or therapy device prescription.

TAC and Workcover

We currently do not have capacity to take on TAC and Workcover clients
