Ann Le
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Myofunctional Therapist
Ann is a physiotherapist with a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and over a decade of experience across public, private, and international settings. She has worked with a diverse range of clients—from Michelin-star chefs to young people recovering from complex surgeries. Her clinical passions include TMJ dysfunction, neck pain, headaches, and lower back issues. Ann’s approach blends education, empowerment, and practical tools to help clients achieve lasting outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Ann enjoys growing vegetables, foraging mushrooms, hiking global trails, and supporting local businesses through Sunshine Locals. Her adventures have taken her across the Camino de Santiago and up Mount Kilimanjaro.

Jason Poon
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Jason holds a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has over 15 years of experience across private clinics, hospitals, and community health. He’s worked with elite athletes, A-League referees, and was part of the Specialist Shoulder Service at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London.
He currently leads a multidisciplinary team in the public health system and is passionate about building trust through clear communication and tailored care. His clinical interests include sports injuries, shoulders, neck, knees, ankles, and back pain, using techniques like exercise therapy, dry needling, massage, and spinal mobilization.
A former national-level sprinter and soccer player, Jason stays active through long-distance running, basketball, and triathlons — including the Brighton Marathon, which he completed in 3 hours and 14 minutes.
